Operations & Customer Success Manager - Remote Position

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in operations, customer service, administrative support, or account management preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
  • Comfortable preparing purchase orders, invoices, and tracking inventory.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent math and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

Shifts:
  • Part-Time - flexible schedule
  • Approximately 30 hours per month (6โ€“7 hours per week) to start.
