Position Overview We are seeking a professional, detailoriented Recruitment Specialist to support our nationwide hiring operations.

This fully remote role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage highvolume applicant pipelines. The ideal candidate has canvassing experience, thrives in a remote work environment, and is motivated by missiondriven recruitment. Key Responsibilities Conduct phone screenings and video interviews with prospective candidates Source, evaluate, and schedule applicants for fundraising/canvassing roles Maintain accurate candidate records and manage applicant flow Meet daily and weekly recruitment goals Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring managers Support hiring needs across multiple states and markets Required Qualifications 3+ months of canvassing experience 1+ year of remote work experience Working laptop or desktop with audio and camera Personal cell phone for outbound calls Reliable highspeed WiFi Strong communication, timemanagement, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment What We Offer Competitive pay: $24/hr (W2) Monday-Friday daytime schedule Fully remote work environment Supportive and missiondriven team culture Benefits eligibility after 90 days Opportunities for longterm growth within NCE Additional Details All new hires begin with a 30day probationary period to ensure mutual fit and performance alignment.
