As ourGlobal Manager, CNC Post Development, you will lead a worldwide team of highly skilled technical experts, shaping the strategy, capabilities, and customer experience behind one of the most critical components of CAM software success.

This global leadership role reports directly to the President of GibbsCAM, offers flexible location options, and requires up to 30% international travel to support CNC post development initiatives, customer needs, and cross-functional collaboration worldwide.

What You'll Do

Lead a Global Technical Organization

You'll define the vision and direction for post development worldwide, ensuring our teams deliver innovative, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.

You will:

  • Drive the global strategy for CNC post development, validation, and support.
  • Set technical standards that ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and scalability.
  • Guide teams working on advanced CNC technologies, including multi-axis, mill-turn, Swiss-type, and complex machine kinematics.
  • Act as the executive escalation point for high-impact technical challenges.
  • Explore emerging technologies, including AI-driven development and automation, to enhance performance and customer value.

Build and Inspire High-Performing Teams

  • Experience leveraging modern technologies, including AI-enabled tools, digital workflows, and software-driven manufacturing ecosystems.

Preferred Experience

  • GibbsCAM experience.
  • Previous experience as a CAM Application Engineer.
  • Experience working with OEMs, manufacturing customers, or reseller networks.
  • Exposure to advanced manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
