  • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Trading environments.
  • Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst in large enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, and business process reengineering.
  • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, Data Mapping Documents, and Test Scenarios.
  • Strong understanding of Wealth Management Operations, Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, Client Onboarding, Risk Profiling, Investment Suitability, Performance Reporting, and Asset Servicing.
  • Deep understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS), Trade Execution, Trade Allocation, Trade Settlement, Trade Reconciliation, Market Data, and Trading Risk and Controls.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and interface specifications.

  • Support initiatives involving Equity Trading, Fixed Income Trading, FX Trading, Derivatives, Structured Products, Portfolio Management, Wealth Advisory Platforms, Trade Execution, and Order Management Systems.
  • Analyze front-to-back trade workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
  • Support regulatory and compliance initiatives impacting wealth and trading platforms.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production implementation activities.
  • Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and transformation programs.
  • Assist in data analysis, reconciliation, and migration activities related to trading and wealth platforms.
