We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Lead to join our analytics consulting team and lead the delivery of Pricing & Profitability Models for a leading credit card client.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of pricing and profitability analytics models for credit card portfolios.
  • Partner directly with senior business leaders in the Credit Risk, Pricing, and Profitability domains to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Drive client engagement, manage stakeholder expectations, and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Oversee model development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong governance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, product, data engineering, and technology, to deliver scalable analytical solutions.

Requirements
  • 10-12 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative modeling within the Banking/Financial Services industry.
  • Strong experience in Credit Card Pricing, Profitability Analytics, Portfolio Analytics, and quantitative model development.
  • Deep experience with credit card profitability modeling, including exposure to areas such as Net Present Value (NPV) models, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) models, Expected Loss Forecasting, Line Assignment Optimization, ROEC/RORAC frameworks, and Portfolio Profitability Forecasting.
  • Robust background in model development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvements.
  • Proven experience leading analytics engagements and managing end-to-end project delivery.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as Python and SQL.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
