As a Software Engineer Manager within PNC's Enterprise Technology | CTO Engineering | EA Tools organization, you will be based in Farmers Branch, TX or Pittsburgh, PA. Weekly time in the office is needed.

People & project management are the primary skills required, with experience delivering internally-developed software & supporting vendor technologies. Technical skills & experience with at least one of the following languages – C# .NET, Python, Ansible
Leads one or more software engineering crews responsible for delivering and supporting a portfolio of in-house developed and vendor-supported applications. Accountable for end-to-end delivery execution using Agile/SCRUM practices, ensuring alignment to business priorities, enterprise standards, and risk controls. Drives consistent, high-quality software delivery while balancing platform stability, modernization, and integration across internal and external solutions.   • Manages development projects, development teams and application support functions.
  • Oversees multiple application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs.
