  • Pay: $88,300-$132,300 annual salary; dependent on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
  • Location: On-Site/Duluth, MN
  • Travel: 15-20% to local and regional project sites and customer locations.
  • Required Experience: Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years

  • Lead commercial construction projects from startup through closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Oversee contracts, change orders, project documentation, and overall project execution.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client expectations.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Project Management professional to lead commercial mechanical plumbing and HVAC construction projects from kickoff through closeout. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused leader who can confidently manage project execution, drive successful outcomes, foster strong client and team partnerships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study.
    • Eight (8) years or more of construction experience in mechanical plumbing/HVAC.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, drawings, specifications, materials, and applicable industry standards.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, and estimating platforms.
    • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
    • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and communicate effectively with others.
