PDS Multi-Site Project Manager

Vertical: Retail / Financial Services / QSR

What this job involves

As a Multi-Site Project Manager, you will lead the simultaneous delivery of projects across a portfolio of client locations - managing construction, timelines and maintaining consistent quality over multiple sites concurrently. You'll be embedded in a team that operates at national scale, coordinating across markets, trades, and client stakeholders to move programs forward with precision and accountability.

At JLL, we build careers alongside great work. You'll have access to a collaborative network of project professionals, tools that give you real-time portfolio visibility, and leadership that invests in your development - not just your current project.

What your day-to-day will look like

Portfolio delivery Managing a concurrent portfolio of projects across multiple geographies - from pre-construction through closeout - ensuring each site meets client quality standards, schedule commitments, and budget targets without compromising the program as a whole.

Multi-site coordination Building and maintaining the systems, trackers, and communication cadences that keep distributed project teams aligned. You know what's happening at every site, and you know it before problems escalate.

Stakeholder management Serving as the primary point of contact for client facilities teams, regional leaders, and brand/operations stakeholders. You translate complex program status into clear, decision-ready communication - and you build the trust that keeps clients coming back.

Schedule and risk management Developing program-level schedules, identifying sequencing risks across sites, and maintaining float where it matters. When one location slips, you protect the rest of the portfolio.

Budget and cost management Tracking project finances across multiple active scopes - managing GC contracts, change orders, and cost forecasts at the site level while maintaining accuracy at the portfolio level.

Vendor and GC accountability Managing general contractors, specialty subcontractors, and national vendor programs across markets. You set clear expectations, enforce schedule and quality commitments, and escalate when partners aren't performing.

Quality control and brand compliance Ensuring deliverables at every site meet client brand standards, prototype requirements, and JLL quality benchmarks - through defined inspection protocols, photo documentation, and structured punch-list management.

Continuous improvement Identifying what's slowing the program down - permitting timelines, GC onboarding, reporting gaps - and driving process changes that make the next wave of projects faster and more efficient.

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of project management experience in construction, retail rollout, or facilities capital programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects or a multi-site program simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, Procore, etc)
  • Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling, contract management, and cost control
  • Excellent communication skills - able to synthesize complex program status for both field teams and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational discipline, with a track record of managing competing priorities without losing details
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with national or regional rollout programs (retail, financial services, quick serve restaurants, or similar)
  • Familiarity with occupied-space or live-environment construction constraints
  • Experience managing permitting across multiple states or jurisdictions
  • Knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, and sustainability standards relevant to the vertical
  • Proficiency with digital reporting tools, dashboards, or AI-assisted project tracking
  • Experience in a matrixed or regional organization structure
