Project Manager
Location: Greater Los Angeles Area, CA
Salary: $135,000 - $175,000

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, client communication, and project financial performance.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, field teams, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and project plans
  • Interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontractor activities
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project costs, forecasting, and profitability
  • Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, and trade partners
  • Oversee owner billings and subcontractor payment applications
  • Support field teams and ensure successful project execution
  • Manage project closeout and turnover documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
