Job description

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Bridge Project Manager to lead structural bridge engineering projects from planning and design through completion. This role combines project management, technical leadership, client communication, team development, and multidisciplinary coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of bridge structural engineering and project management experience, an active Professional Engineer (PE) license, and strong communication and leadership skills. PennDOT experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bridge engineering projects according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Lead project planning, scope development, scheduling, risk management, and project controls.
  • Coordinate engineers, technical staff, disciplines, and subconsultants to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and maintain Project Management Plans, quality plans, schedules, progress reports, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project financial performance, review invoices, and support budget management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and develop change orders and additional-work proposals.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to clients, leadership, and internal teams.
  • Build strong client relationships and understand client requirements and expectations.
  • Lead project meetings, presentations, status updates, and technical coordination.
  • Support proposals, interviews, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
  • Provide technical direction, coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to project team members.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to required quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
  • 10+ years of bridge structural engineering and engineering project management experience.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, teams, and client deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PennDOT project experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with county and state transportation or infrastructure clients.
  • Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, or P3 project delivery.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Experience with proposals, client development, and business development.

Work Schedule

Hybrid: 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and 2 days remote (Wednesday and Friday).

The role is primarily office-based, with occasional field work and project-related travel. Field conditions may include varying weather environments and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
