Job Description
  • Responsible for the administrative support of the PA department and other areas of the Clinical Call center. This role will be primarily involved with the organizing of the paperwork, supporting tasks associated with the processing of PA requests and other crucial client requirements. Will be responsible for day to day organization of all pending paperwork and filing. Project a professional company image at all times
Qualifications
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Strong administrative skills a must, such as typing, filing, organization and time management
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environment including scheduling flexibility
  • Ability to type at least 40 wpm
Additional Information

Shift:ย ย M-Sun: 8 hr shift between 4am-8pm

this is an immediate 4-6 month contract (perm potential)

Pay range: $13.50

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Experience as a front desk receptionist or admin in healthcare role.
