Job description

The Role:

This role will play a key part in shaping packaging design, pricing strategy, and pricing analytics to improve monetization and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a broad range of responsibilities. They will work closely across functions to ensure alignment and effective execution of pricing initiatives. 

This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Pricing and Packaging. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong analytical mindset to build or hone their pricing expertise and drive meaningful impact to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing and Packaging Strategy: Partner with Product and leadership to develop and execute scalable pricing and packaging strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market dynamics to drive growth and profitability
  • Pricing Analytics: Build, track, and automate analytics frameworks. Evaluate pricing performance metrics to deliver actionable insights that inform high-level business decisions
  • Pricing Execution: Partner with cross-functional operational teams to seamlessly execute new offering launches, packaging updates, and pricing changes
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, gaps, and monetization opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Business Operations to communicate strategy updates and ensure seamless execution

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing or an analytical role within finance or economics (management consulting background is a plus)
  • Strong command of SaaS pricing models and frameworks (including subscription, usage-based, and tiered structures)
  • Advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills, with a proven ability to distill complex datasets into strategic insights
  • Ability to clearly translate pricing insights into clear recommendations for diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and juggle competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
