Title: Client Communications Manager - PowerPoint
Location: Canididates can be from either location. Santa Monica, CA or NYC, NY - (Hybrid: onsite Mon-Thurs, Fri remote)
**Candidates must be highly proficient in PowerPoint . The work is primarily building and creating client-facing deliverables.**
- Will primarily be building/creating client-facing PowerPoint decks that visually tell a clear, deep story
- Core focus will revolve around leading & executing sales materials
Must-Haves:
1.) Minimum 8-10 years of relevant background in a related field (marketing, advertising, sales support, or communications)
2.) Mastery of PowerPoint
3.) Background as Lead or in management
4.) Versed in Project Management
Nice-to-Haves:
• Photoshop
• Canva or other design/presentation development platforms
Team Overview:
Client Communications plays a critical role in bringing that story to life for the marketplace. We develop strategic, insight-driven narratives and high-impact sales materials that enable our teams to effectively position Disney's portfolio, unlock new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Through a combination of compelling visual storytelling, thoughtful design, research-backed insights, and
persuasive messaging, we translate Disney's breadth, innovation, and cultural relevance into clear, actionable stories that inspire clients to partner with Disney Advertising.
Responsibilities
• Own and personally develop high-impact, client-facing materials including sales pitches, partnership recaps, business reviews, and consultative presentations
• Execute against all phases of development: outline creation, narrative writing, slide design, copyediting, and final polish
• Translate complex inputs into clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations that drive decision-making
• Ensure all deliverables meet a high bar for storytelling, design, and strategic clarity
Project Execution & Ownership:
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously with a strong focus on execution, speed, and quality
• Take full ownership of deliverables from brief to completion, ensuring timelines are met and outputs exceed expectations
• Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous inputs, proactively solving problems and removing blockers
Serve as a Right-Hand Partner to the Director:
• Support the Director in managing workflow, prioritization, and team coordination
• Act as a go-to lead across key workstreams, stepping in to drive progress and maintain momentum
• Independently lead projects and make decisions with confidence in a fast-paced environment
Develop High-Stakes Narratives:
• Assist in shaping and refining complex, high-visibility narratives for senior leadership and key clients
• Contribute to storytelling frameworks that elevate Disney Advertising's positioning and value proposition
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner closely with Sales, Insights, and Marketing teams to gather inputs and align on direction
• Present work in internal meetings, clearly articulating storyline, approach, and
recommendations
• Flex across categories and accounts to support evolving business needs
