Job description

Company description
Publicis Groupe is a global leader in communication and is positioned at every step of the value chain, from consulting to execution, combining marketing transformation and digital business transformation. Through a unified and fluid organization, Publicis Groupe partners with its clients across communication, media, data and technology to ensure access to the full breadth of capabilities in every market. Present in over 100 countries, Publicis Groupe employs around 103,000 professionals.
Overview
The Senior HR Power Platform Specialist serves as a technology and process leader for use of automated and AI-specific enabled solutions for Talent teams. This role is responsible for partnering with team members in designing, implementing, and optimizing intelligent automation solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance across Talent and HR functions.
The Senior HR Power Platform Specialist combines advanced Power Platform expertise with a solid understanding of U.S. employment laws to build and deliver compliant, digitally-enhanced HR solutions. This highly organized, meticulous individual manages high-volume requests and multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining a solid focus on quality and accuracy.
Working closely with analysts and cross-functional partners, the ideal candidate will blend advanced Power Platform expertise with emerging AI capabilities (including generative AI, copilots, and intelligent workflow automation) to transform traditional HR processes into proactive, data-driven solutions. The Specialist operates with a product mindset-continuously finding opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve user experience, and ensure alignment to regulatory and internal compliance standards. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and operationally strong-able to manage high-volume intake (e.g., project and shared inbox requests), while also maintaining current and building additional scalable AI-driven triage and knowledge solutions that reduce dependency on manual intervention over time. The role involves using various SaaS tools combined with AI and automated solutions. These tools include Adobe, DocuSign, Microsoft Teams, and SAP SuccessFactors. The goal is to improve efficiency and streamline HR operations.
Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize established HR technology solutions across the internal AI ecosystem, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Power Platform (with deep focus on Power Automate and emerging agentic AI capabilities), ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance
  • Design and implement new, efficient processes for HR operations by digitizing manual workflows (e.g., static forms), building automation for approvals and communications, and employing Power Platform and AI tools to streamline end-to-end experiences
  • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and develop scalable, compliant solutions, including associated documentation, training, and processes to support adoption across HR partners
  • Own and continuously improve the HR compliance inbox and intake channels. Use AI and automation to triage, categorize, and respond to inquiries. Focus on background check and I-9 processes, vendor or system fixes, and general HR compliance questions.
  • Develop and improve knowledge and triage solutions using advanced technology to reduce manual workload over time while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
  • Serve as a domain expert for HR technology and compliance processes, partnering with internal teams to ensure solutions align with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards
  • Provide hands-on support for rollout of new initiatives, including digitization of personnel records, audit preparation, and resolution of compliance-related issues, while finding opportunities to further automate and improve processes
  • Track and report on automation and AI solution performance, including efficiency gains, reduction in manual effort, and service delivery improvements

Qualifications
  • Expertise with:
    • Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Apps
    • Microsoft 365 tools (including Excel, Teams, and document collaboration tools)
    • AI-enabled solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform AI capabilities, or similar tools)
    • Adobe (Forms and related document automation tools)
    • DocuSign and other SaaS platforms supporting HR and workflow automation
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, or process automation roles, preferably within a high-volume or shared services environment
  • Demonstrated experience designing or supporting automated workflows, intake/triage processes, or case management solutions
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements (federal and local), particularly as they relate to HR systems and processes
  • Proven ability to translate business or operational needs into scalable, system-based solutions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, high-volume requests, and concurrent projects without sacrificing accuracy or compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong presentation and partner engagement skills, with experience supporting audiences across multiple levels of the organization
