The Program Performance Analyst is responsible for supporting the Program Performance Team in the following competency areas:

ย Process Quality Management
ย Training Performance and Support
Responsibilities
ย Execute SOPs
ย The Program Performance Analyst is responsible for the following areas on all assigned SOPs:
ย Process Documentation
ย Delivery
ย Quality Assurance
Continuous Improvement
ย Execute Initiatives/Goals
ย The Program Performance Analyst will be responsible for delivering all assigned initiatives and appropriate documentation according to schedule.
In addition, the Program Performance Analyst is responsible for understanding the following areas on all assigned initiatives and/or goals:
ย Prioritization
ย Scope
ย Executive Sponsorship
ย Address Adhoc Requests
The Program Performance Analyst will respond to all ad-hoc requests in a timely matter.ย  These requests will fall into one of the six competency areas.
Secondary
ย Track and report status to supervisor per established weekly status reporting process;
ย  Identify issues and risks and bring them to supervisor's attention with sufficient lead-time to avert crises
ย Participate actively in weekly team status meetings and Program Management Office (PMO) meetings
