As a **Senior Product Manager, Portfolio & Pricing Strategy** at Doubtless Pet Insurance - North America, you will play a critical role within the Product Center of Excellence (CoE), leading the performance, profitability, and strategic direction of a portfolio of pet insurance products, including **Pet’s Best, Embrace, and Pet Partners, Inc. (PPI).**This role serves as the business owner of portfolio performance, responsible for identifying and executing strategies that optimize growth, profitability, retention, and competitive positioning across brands, distribution channels, and market segments.Leveraging analytics, market intelligence, actuarial insights, and customer performance data, you will develop strategic recommendations that influence product, pricing, underwriting, and distribution decisions.Collaborating closely with Underwriting, Actuarial, Data Science, Marketing, and Growth teams, while partnering with MGA organizations and their Operations, Distribution, and other key teams, you will evaluate portfolio performance, assess emerging opportunities and risks, and develop initiatives that drive sustainable, profitable growth.The ideal candidate combines strong insurance expertise with a deep understanding of portfolio management, pricing strategy, predictive analytics, and business performance management.
