Overview

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our client's SFR investment portfolio, helping to make strategic decisions, and maximizing ROI.


Duties

- Regularly reporting on portfolio performance to stakeholders, including occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.

- Monitoring the performance of residential properties within the portfolio, including occupancy rates and maintenance issues.

- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on property status and addressing any concerns.

- Preparing and presenting financial reports, including income statements, expense reports, and budget forecasts to clients.

- Addressing and resolving issues that arise with tenants or properties, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for properties and making recommendations for improvements.

These duties require strong communication skills, a good understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to manage multiple properties and client expectations effectively.
