Position Overview

We are looking for a Social Growth & Creator Partnerships Manager to lead Instagram growth, creator collaborations, short-form content strategy, and community engagement for HISONG. This role focuses on building brand awareness, growing creator relationships, and driving traffic and conversion through social media.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Manage and grow HISONGโ€™s Instagram presence
โ€ข Develop and execute short-form content strategy (Reels, Stories, Shorts)
โ€ข Coordinate creator and influencer collaborations
โ€ข Source and manage user-generated content (UGC)
โ€ข Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy
โ€ข Coordinate with paid advertising campaigns
โ€ข Build relationships with musicians, creators, and local communities
