We are looking for an Inventory Finance Analyst to provide financial insights and analytics supporting inventory management and working capital performance. You will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement teams to identify risks and opportunities, improve inventory efficiency, and support planning and reporting processes.

You will
  • Monitor inventory levels, inventory turns, DIO, and excess & obsolete inventory.
  • Analyze inventory movements, trends, and key financial drivers.
  • Prepare monthly reporting, variance analysis, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Develop inventory forecasts and support AOP, Forecast, and Long-Range Planning processes.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize inventory and improve working capital performance.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement teams on inventory-related initiatives.
  • Support inventory reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and financial controls.
  • Assess the financial impact of inventory strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Accounting, Inventory Finance, or Supply Chain Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar.
  • Good understanding of inventory management, supply chain, and working capital.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insights.
