About the Job You're Considering
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Simphony Inventory Lead to play a key role in a large-scale, multi-unit restaurant transformation program. In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, and rollout of Simphony Inventory capabilities, helping restaurant operators gain greater visibility into inventory, recipe costing, food preparation, and cost of goods sold (COGS) across enterprise operations.
As a lead within the program, you will drive global solution design sessions, partnering closely with business, culinary, and operations teams to translate complex restaurant requirements into scalable technology solutions. You will own the Simphony Inventory workstream from planning and backlog management through solution delivery, ensuring alignment between operational objectives and system capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in restaurant back-of-house (BOH) processes, including ingredient management, recipe costing, yields, production planning, receiving, inventory counts, and waste management. You will also oversee integrations between Oracle MICROS Simphony, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, and enterprise analytics platforms, helping enable data-driven decision-making across restaurant operations.
Your Role
  • Own the Simphony Inventory workstream: planning, backlog definition, story refinement, sprint execution, and readiness.
  • Lead design of restaurant BOH processes including ingredient management, recipe costing, yields, prep/production, receiving, counts, and waste.
  • Translate culinary and operations needs into user stories and configuration requirements.
  • Oversee integrations between Simphony, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, and data/analytics platforms.
  • Lead configuration, testing, and pilot/wave deployments across restaurants.
  • Validate recipe costs, ingredient yields, and cost rollups during pilots and rollout.
  • Partner with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Supply Chain on deployment, training, and adoption.
  • Support controls, variance reduction, and continuous improvement of inventory and costing processes.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of Simphony Inventory across multi-unit restaurants program implementing Oracle MICROS Symphony
  • Experience leading Global solution design sessions for solution around ingredient level inventory, recipe costing, prep workflows, and COGS visibility across restaurant operations.
  • Own the Simphony Inventory workstream: planning, backlog definition, story refinement, Lead design of restaurant BOH processes including ingredient management, recipe costing, yields, prep/production, receiving, counts, and waste
    Translate culinary and operations needs into user stories and configuration requirements
  • Oversee integrations between Simphony, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, and data/analytics platforms

Your Skill and Experience
  • 3 to 5 years years in restaurant/QSR technology (inventory, POS, menu/recipe systems).
  • Hands-on expertise with Simphony Inventory and recipe costing.
  • Strong BOH process knowledge (prep, receiving, counts, modifiers, waste).
  • 3+ years delivering in Agile/SAFe environments.
  • Experience integrating POS with ERP and financial systems.
  • Multi-unit restaurant rollout experience.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle Retail.
  • Understanding of cost accounting, COGS, yield management, and kitchen operations.
  • Experience with API/middleware platforms (e.g., OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi).

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 73,150- $ 193,440
