Serves as the single point of design authority for Oracle EBS functional domains, translating enterprise business strategy into a unified, scalable ERP roadmap aligned to end-to-end supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
Strategic Governance & Platform Direction
  • Governs the strategic evolution of Oracle EBS functional domains, ensuring coherence and harmonization across all global modules and business units
  • Defines and drives global convergence initiatives - aligning processes, data models, and solution patterns across regions to eliminate fragmentation
  • Leads the translation of business strategy into Oracle EBS functional direction, serving as the bridge between enterprise objectives and platform capabilities
  • Shapes the long-term platform roadmap, anticipating business needs and positioning Oracle EBS capabilities ahead of demand

Prioritization & Demand Management
  • Owns the end-to-end prioritization process for Oracle EBS capabilities, balancing global needs, functional dependencies, and long-term transformation goals
  • Validates and refines business demand, ensuring correct alignment of backlog items with strategic priorities and architectural standards
  • Arbitrates competing priorities across regions and business units, applying a consistent framework for investment decisions

Design Authority & Solution Oversight
  • Coordinates feasibility assessments, high-level solutioning, and design authority activities across functional teams
  • Validates functional solutions and configuration enhancements against platform integrity, cross-module dependencies, and scalability requirements
  • Evaluates long-term implications of design choices, ensuring decisions do not create technical debt or compromise future flexibility

Roadmap Execution & Delivery Governance
  • Validates cross-functional platform initiatives and Oracle EBS module enhancement roadmaps, including scope definition and delivery planning
  • Tracks completion of Oracle EBS module enhancements - including configuration updates, functional changes, and release outcomes
  • Ensures delivery milestones align with committed timelines and that release outcomes meet functional acceptance criteria

Qualifications
Experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS product ownership, functional leadership, or global process governance
  • Proven track record managing Oracle EBS modules at enterprise scale, including cross-module alignment and multi-region convergence
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing complex Oracle EBS backlogs and balancing global, functional, and technical constraints
  • Experience operating within matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments across geographies and business units

Education
  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience; Advanced Degree may be required

Technical Skills
  • Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architectures, module interactions, and integration patterns
  • Ability to evaluate functional impacts, cross-module dependencies, and long-term implications of design choices
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS configuration management, release processes, and upgrade planning
  • Working knowledge of data models, process harmonization frameworks, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) convergence methodologies

Supply Chain Operations
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, order management, logistics, and demand planning
  • Ability to translate supply chain business requirements into Oracle EBS functional specifications and configuration decisions

Communication & Influence
  • Ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to senior business stakeholders in clear, decision-ready terms
  • Proven ability to build consensus across competing regional and functional priorities
  • Skilled at orchestrating alignment across distributed teams without direct authority

Professional Competencies

  • Decisive leadership - comfortable making high-stakes prioritization calls with incomplete information
  • Systems-level perspective - sees interdependencies across modules, regions, and timelines
