Job description


GFL Environmental is looking for a CCTV Operator to join the team in Port Perry, ON! The role will operate and manage a GFL CCTV truck for CCTV inspection of underground infrastructure, and the coding of defects/observations.

This role is associated with LIUNA 183

Duties

  • CCTV inspection of underground infrastructure.
  • Hydraulic Reaming of deposits and blockages working with Flusher truck.
  • Maintain truck and CCTV equipment in order to provide efficient operation.
  • Create and sustain working relationship with coworkers, contractors and municipal inspectors.
  • Comply with and follow company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience as a CCTV operator.
  • Mechanical inclination
  • NASSCO PACP Certification.
  • Confined Space Experience.
  • Display flexibility and confidentiality.
  • Highly driven, focused and self-motivated.
  • Must work well in a team environment.
  • Weekday travel in company vehicle up to 25%
