What is a manager operator?

Manager Operators are professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a department, facility, or business unit. Their duties often include supervising staff, implementing policies, managing budgets, and optimizing workflows. Manager Operators play a crucial role in maintaining productivity and addressing any issues that arise within their area of responsibility.
