A unique waterfront dining destination near Lake Geneva, WI is seeking an entrepreneurial Operating Partner / General Manager to lead the transformation of an established restaurant into one of the region's premier dining destinations.

This is more than a General Manager role. We're looking for an owner-minded leader who can build systems, develop people, drive financial performance, and help shape the future of the business while sharing in its long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all front and back-of-house operations
  • Build a strong culture through hiring, training, and leadership development
  • Create operating systems, training programs, and performance standards
  • Drive guest satisfaction, sales, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Oversee food cost, labor, inventory, and P&L performance
  • Partner with ownership on seasonal menus, business strategy, and long-term growth
