What Is The Opportunity?

Calgary Construction Operations is looking to hire Operators to support our 2026 construction season in Calgary, AB.  

What You'll Do Here?

  • Operate equipment on public roadways, always being aware of surroundings.
  • Will be operating multiple types of equipment such as excavator, dozer, skid steer, grader etc.
  • Operate equipment in a safe manner, following all safety regulations.
  • Preventative maintenance of equipment and daily safety checks.
  • Work collaboratively with crew.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years' experience working as an Equipment Operator.
  • Experience with heavy civil construction preferred.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Adaptable to work a flexible work schedule when required.
  • Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, in a professional manner at all times.
  • Must be a team player.
