About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Clinical Manager to lead surgical nursing operations on a full-time split/evening shift basis at our SW Hospital in Houston, TX. This on-site leadership role requires dedicated night shift availability. The successful candidate will oversee OR clinical operations, manage nursing staff, and ensure the highest standard of patient care in an acute surgical environment.

Requirements

  • Active RN Texas license, or active multi-state compact RN license — clear of stipulations or disciplinary actions
  • BSN, current BLS certification, and minimum 2 years OR acute care experience
  • Minimum 3 years current OR management experience
