What is a manager operator?

Manager Operators are professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a department, facility, or business unit. What does a manager operator do?

Manager Operators are often required to oversee daily operations while also leading and supporting their teams. This balance usually involves setting clear priorities, delegating tasks appropriately, and maintaining open communication channels.
