Lead business and technology transformation initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders, and help clients deliver meaningful outcomes through consulting excellence and delivery leadership.

What will your typical day look like?

You will lead transformation initiatives that help clients improve operations, modernize delivery practices, and achieve strategic outcomes. You will manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops, guide delivery teams, and oversee program planning, governance, risk management, and change initiatives. Depending on the engagement, you may serve as a Program Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Product/Functional Lead, Scrum Master, Transformation Lead, Process Lead, or Workstream Lead. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will help clients navigate complex challenges, deliver measurable results, and contribute to business development opportunities while building trusted client relationships.

Our team partners with other practices and clients across Financial Services, Insurance, Government and Public Services, Defense, Consumer, and other industries to solve complex business and technology challenges. We bring together expertise in transformation leadership, program delivery, business analysis, process optimization, and agile ways of working to help clients achieve sustainable outcomes and lasting impact.
Operations Excellence (& Delivery) is anchored in four pillars:
•    Functional Delivery: Leading solution design and requirements management, influencing business strategy and delivery scope. This pillar ensures that business needs are translated into actionable technology solutions, and that requirements are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
•    Transformation Leadership: Driving large-scale change, managing portfolios, and ensuring benefits realization. This pillar is responsible for structuring, governing, and optimizing programs, change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
•    Delivery Leadership: Setting the tone for quality delivery, managing engagement financials, and building broad client relationships.
•    Process Engineering: Leading process redesign, implementing automation, and guiding clients through complex challenges.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who is:
•    Bringing 6-8+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, program delivery, or advisory services, with demonstrated experience leading workstreams, strategic initiatives, or teams
•    Experienced in leading large-scale programs, projects, or agile delivery initiatives across cross-functional teams, leveraging tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Confluence; experience in AI development projects is preferred
•    Able to translate business needs into requirements/user stories, roadmaps, process maps, operating models, and delivery plans
•    Able to build trusted client relationships, effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams, and manage, coach, and develop both team members and clients to drive alignment, decision-making, and delivery outcomes.
•    Experienced in leading proposal, pursuit, or sales support teams, including shaping client opportunities, developing the storyboard for proposals, driving alignment amongst senior leaders, and contributing to business development efforts.

Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
