Resumen del Puesto
El Operador de Equipo Pesado es responsable de manejar con seguridad excavadoras y volquetes. Sin embargo, en Nexo Técnico valoramos la agilidad operativa; por ello, buscamos a alguien dispuesto a integrarse en los trabajos generales de construcción, apoyo en montaje o mantenimiento cuando no se requiera el uso de maquinaria. Tu objetivo es mantener la productividad del proyecto siempre en movimiento
Responsabilidades principales

• Operación: Manejar excavadoras y minicargadoras siguiendo las instrucciones del equipo de trabajo y del supervisor
• Mantenimiento Preventivo: Realizar inspecciones diarias, pruebas de diagnóstico y asegurar que el equipo esté en óptimas condiciones, reportando cualquier falla inmediatamente.
• Versatilidad en Campo: Cuando no se requiera operación de equipo, apoyar activamente en tareas de construcción, refuerzo estructural, limpieza de área o asistencia a la brigada.
• Seguridad y Cuidado: Cumplir estrictamente con el uso de EPP y normas de seguridad industrial, cuidando los recursos y herramientas asignadas.
• Logística y Coordinación: Anticipar necesidades de materiales y coordinar con el Superintendente o Team Leader para evitar retrasos.

Requisitos y Habilidades

• Experiencia: Mínimo 2-3 años operando excavadoras y skid loaders (minicargador) en proyectos de construcción o infraestructura.
• Mentalidad "Despierta": Persona auto motivada, proactiva y con capacidad de resolución de problemas bajo presión.
• Habilidades Técnicas: Conocimiento básico de mecánica general para el cuidado del equipo y lectura de planos/niveles.
• Disposición: Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial, en horarios extendidos o fines de semana según el proyecto lo exija.
• Físico y Licencias: Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 lbs y contar con licencia de conducir vigente (categorías pesadas preferiblemente).

Compensación: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
