Bilingual Floor Manager

OK Carz Brandon- Tampa, FL

With nearly 200 employees across our dealerships, reconditioning facilities, and customer service center, OKCARZ has earned its reputation as Florida’s preferred automotive financing dealership.

Position Overview:

You don’t need prior automotive sales experience to succeed here — just the right attitude and commitment! We provide full training and support to help you grow in your career.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Spanish Speaking (Required)
  • Sales Experience (Required)
  • A friendly and welcoming approach to both customers and team members
  • Excellent communication skills (phone and in-person)
  • Strong work ethic and daily drive to succeed
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the company

What We Offer:

  • Paid training — learn our sales process, CRM system, follow-up, and delivery procedures
  • 5-day work week (1 weekday off)
  • Closed on Sundays and major holidays

Compensation:

  • Total Compensation: $40,000-$75,000/year (including commissions)
