This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver enterprise software initiatives for an innovative organization focused on smart technology and digital transformation. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of multiple software development initiatives by partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

You'll help coordinate project execution, manage schedules and dependencies, facilitate communication across teams, and ensure projects remain aligned with business priorities. This position is ideal for someone who has successfully managed software development projects in an Agile environment and is ready to broaden their experience by working across multiple initiatives within a collaborative PMO. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys bringing teams together to solve problems and keep projects moving forward.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, support production releases, and continue developing your program management skills while working alongside experienced project and technology leaders. This is a hybrid position based in Duluth, Georgia, with an expectation of working onsite approximately three days per week. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple software development projects from planning through production release.

Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Scrum teams, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and business stakeholders to support successful project delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups as needed.

Monitor project health using Agile metrics such as sprint progress, velocity, burn-up charts, and release readiness. Identify project risks, escalate issues appropriately, and work with team members to develop effective mitigation plans. Coordinate work across multiple development teams while helping manage project dependencies and priorities.

Prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, action items, and stakeholder communications. Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure effective communication and project execution. Coordinate software production releases by facilitating release activities, validating approvals, reviewing change summaries, and supporting successful production deployments.

Participate in periodic evening production releases as part of a shared PMO rotation. Support PMO reporting and provide project updates to leadership. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery and team collaboration.

Utilize AI-powered capabilities within project management and collaboration tools to improve reporting, documentation, communication, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3-5 years of experience managing software development projects within an Agile environment.

Experience working directly with Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles. Experience managing multiple concurrent software development projects.

Experience creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, and managing dependencies. Ability to identify project risks and coordinate mitigation efforts. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and similar project management tools.

Familiarity with Agile delivery metrics such as sprint progress, velocity, and release readiness. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working within an enterprise software product organization. Experience with Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies. Scrum Master certification or experience serving as a Scrum Master.

Experience coordinating globally distributed or offshore software development teams. Experience supporting software production releases. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve project management workflows, reporting, documentation, or team productivity.

What We're Looking For We're looking for a Program Manager who enjoys bringing structure to complex software initiatives and helping teams deliver high-quality solutions. This individual should be comfortable coordinating multiple projects, communicating with a variety of stakeholders, and keeping work moving forward in a collaborative Agile environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

A proactive approach to identifying issues and keeping projects on track. The ability to build positive working relationships across technical and business teams. Confidence managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve project delivery practices. Accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to successful project outcomes.
