Workforce Operations Coordinator

Cumberland Family Medical Center (CFMC) operates a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering a wide range of health and social services at multiple sites throughout Kentucky. We seek employees who support our mission and who actively contribute to our service-driven environment by enhancing patient experience and improving productivity. Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Maintains all matters of HR and personnel in strict confidence
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions refers escalated issues to Director of Human Resources 
  • Verifies documentation I-9 and maintains information. 
  • Submits online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks. 
  • Updates HRIS with employee change requests and processes paperwork. 
  • Assists with processing of terminations.
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms. 
  • Assists HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects. 
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process. 
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Director. 
  • Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions. 
  • Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files. 
  • Assists or prepares correspondence. 
  • Prepare new employee files. 
  • Processes mail. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Schedule Requirements:

Full-time position, 5 days per week, 3 days in office (60%), 2 days hybrid (40%).

Work schedules are set at the discretion of CFMC and may be adjusted at any time based on the operational needs of the organization.
