Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Learning Coordinator, working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Americas HR Team. You will support the planning and execution of development programs across the Americas.
You will partner closely with our Commercial, Supply Chain, and Leadership Development teams to bring a best-in-class learning and education experience to life.
What You'll Be Brewing:
  • Manage the First Choice Learning training facility, ensuring that training rooms, technology, and supplies are fit to support development program needs.
  • Partner closely with the People Development team to develop an annual training calendar aligned to training room availability.
  • Coordinate training and meeting logistics including scheduling, meeting room reservations, catering, hotel and A/V requirements.
  • Administer and manage new hire travel and badging needs in advance of their first day of employment.
  • Support training inquiries and support for distributor training programs.
  • Create and manage purchase orders to support training program needs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes by modifying or creating procedural documentation.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, FAQs, and job aids, related to the support of training program execution.
  • Build and maintain strong and effective relationships by collaborating with the People Development team members to foster trust, commitment, accountability and results.
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service aligned with quality services / agreed-upon KPIs.

Key Ingredients:
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You have at least 3 years of administrative experience with at least 1 year in HR.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, can quickly learn internal HR systems, and have experience with SuccessFactors LMS or similar systems.
  • You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You can work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • You anticipate, identify, and solve problems, demonstrating strong troubleshooting and time-management skills.
  • You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • You can adapt to urgent requests, shifting priorities, and frequent interruptions while maintaining productivity.
  • You maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $51,000.00 - $67,000.00 (posting salary range) + 5% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
