About the Role:
Karing Hands Provider Services LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Regional Manager of Dodd to join our growing team in Stark, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. If you're passionate about compliance, quality care, and team leadership, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with DODD (Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities) regulations and standards across assigned region
  • Supervise, mentor, and support direct support professionals and regional staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor service delivery and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with care teams, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Manage regional operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Lead training initiatives to ensure staff are current on DODD policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working within DODD-regulated programs or developmental disabilities services
  • Proven leadership or management experience in a human services or healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of Ohio DODD rules, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region regularly
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
