Program: Family Support

Hours: Part-time 20 hours/week

The Community Outreach Navigator position encompasses a variety of potential responsibilities including developing community connections with local agencies, fostering business alliances, attending community outreach programs, assisting families to access generic and local services, completing intakes, assisting with Family Support Center activities and trainings.
