About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Northridge Dental Clinic as a Dental Receptionist! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations within our clinic.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
  • Process billing and insurance claims with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in dental administration preferred.
  • 3 years Previous experience in a dental setting is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and billing procedures is advantageous.
