  • Follow all company safety policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and client requirements.
  • Travel regularly to exploration projects throughout Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona.
  • Safely operate company vehicles, including on unpaved roads and in remote field conditions.
  • Conduct geological mapping, prospecting, rock chip sampling, soil sampling, and other field investigations.
  • Assist with drill program execution, including drill site supervision, sample collection, and documentation.
  • Perform core logging, sample preparation, and basic geotechnical measurements.
  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate geological and field data.
  • Support data entry, validation, and compilation in geological databases and software platforms.
  • Assist with geological interpretation, target generation, and project evaluations.
  • Maintain field equipment, vehicles, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Prepare daily field reports and communicate findings to project geologists and exploration managers.
  • Support environmental stewardship and responsible land-use practices while working in the field.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.

  • Experience with core logging and field data collection is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with GIS, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, or other geological software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to collecting high-quality data.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in remote field environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to frequently travel and work extended field rotations as project needs require.
  • Ability to hike on uneven terrain and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and remote locations.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with precious and base metal exploration programs.
  • Experience operating ATVs/UTVs or driving four-wheel-drive vehicles in remote terrain.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Work Location & Travel

  • Travel Requirement: Approximately 75–90% travel to project sites throughout Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona.
  • Minimal office work; the majority of time will be spent supporting active field exploration programs.
What We Offer
