Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years leading direct PeopleSoft implementations (not just integrations).
  • Demonstrated experience managing PeopleSoft PUM upgrades.
  • Strong familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, etc.).
  • Experience stepping into projects midstream and stabilizing delivery.
  • Proven ability to proactively assess risk and provide structured mitigation plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
