As Senior Manager of Business Development, you are responsible for driving growth and managing high-value relationships within the midstream and natural gas utility sectors. You will act as a key liaison in the Arizona and California markets, proactively identifying new business leads and ensuring our service offerings align with the evolving needs of our strategic partners.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively identify and qualify high-potential business opportunities within the utility infrastructure and pipeline construction landscape
  • Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with key customers and community stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor in the AZ and CA regions
  • Analyze regional market conditions and competitor landscapes to provide actionable insights and recommendations for the regional growth strategy
  • Lead the review of existing partnerships to identify and capture opportunities for expanded service offerings and organic growth
  • Execute and provide input on regional marketing plans to ensure they are tailored to market needs while remaining aligned with corporate values
  • Coordinate between business development and operational teams to ensure project requirements are met and customer expectations are exceeded
  • Travel throughout the Southwest region to lead business development efforts and support field initiatives
  • Perform other tasks as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5+ years of success in a business development capacity within the midstream, utility, or construction sectors
  • An established network of industry contacts and a strong understanding of the utility landscape in Arizona and California
  • Demonstrated ability to influence internal operational teams and external partners through data-driven logic and strategic persuasion
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment while consistently meeting growth objectives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex project requirements into compelling business proposals
