  • Ensure successful delivery of project cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives through effective risk and scope management

  • Develop procurement and contracting strategies, oversee contractor performance, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project delivery standards

  • Provide leadership during construction, commissioning, startup, and project closeout to ensure safe and efficient execution

  • Build strong partnerships with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and leadership teams to improve asset reliability, operational efficiency, and business performance

  • Experience in managing field construction and project execution for brownfield engineering facilities is preferred

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification is a plus

  • Capital Project experience using a gated work process for project advancement and authorization

  • Experience managing projects in Rail, Truck, Tank Farm and Marine Terminals a plus

  • Must be based in New Jersey and willing to travel to other regional terminals. Travel requirements may reach up to 50% during certain periods of the year, depending on the project phase and portfolio demands. Relocation support will be provided
