The Data Analytics Manager will combine people leadership, financial-domain knowledge, data analytics engineering experience, and disciplined risk management. The role requires understanding the business meaning of financial data, not merely its technical implementation.

  • Manage priorities across operations, regulatory commitments, modernization, and business demand.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in data management, engineering, analytics, or financial systems. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Experience leading technical teams and business-critical data products.
  • Strong SQL, data engineering, modeling, testing, and production-support skills.
  • Exceptional ability to translate financial concepts into technical solutions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Banking, financial data, Databricks, Python, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, dbt, and enterprise data governance experience preferred.

Location:

  • LEED-certified sustainable building that features include the use of low VOC-emitting construction materials.

Benefits:
  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE!

  • Health Savings (HSA), Flexible Spending (FSA) and dependent care accounts
  • Paid Training, Paid Time Off (PTO) and 11 Paid Federal Holidays
  • 401(k) plan with company match, Profit Sharing, competitive compensation in line with work experience
  • Mental health benefits including coaching and therapy sessions
