Job Description

The role will reside within the Financial Risk Management's Balance Sheet Risk Management (BSRM) team, serving as a second line of defense under the Chief Risk Officer. Liquidity Risk Oversight within BSRM is responsible for independent oversight and monitoring of the Bank's overall funding, investment, liquidity risk limit setting, risk assessment and analysis, and management and regulatory reporting, including adherence to relevant regulatory requirements. Liquidity Risk Management Analyst will support initiatives related to the Company's Internal Liquidity Stress Testing (ILST), LCR and NSFR monitoring. This role will collaborate with Treasury, lines of business, and risk partners to monitoring and reporting of internal and external metrics, and assist in the development and refinement of liquidity stress testing methodologies and processes.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than two years of applicable experience

- Familiarity with financial analysis, forecasting, and planning

- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

- Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools

- Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Master's degree preferred

- Experience collaborating with Technology on liquidity risk related projects

- Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills

- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

- Experience or learning capability to implement AI-poweredsolutions

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
