What is a Manager Lido?

A Manager Lido is responsible for overseeing the operations of a lido, which is an outdoor public swimming pool or bathing area, often with additional recreational facilities. Their duties typically include managing staff, ensuring health and safety standards are met, coordinating maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to guests. They may also be involved in organizing events, managing budgets, and promoting the facility to increase attendance. These skills ensure efficient, safe, and enjoyable operations, enhancing the customer experience and business success.
