Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Kentucky | Remote / Telehealth
Full-Time | $115,000-$120,000 per year
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position at a Glance

We're looking for a Kentucky-licensed LCSW to provide individual therapy through telehealth. You'll maintain a regular client schedule and handle the clinical work associated with an ongoing caseload. The role is well suited to a clinician who values consistency, works well independently, and wants their time centred around client care rather than office-based responsibilities.

Your work will include:

  • Individual therapy sessions with scheduled clients
  • Initial intakes and psychosocial assessments
  • Treatment planning based on clinical needs
  • Ongoing review of client progress
  • Clinical notes and required documentation
  • Treatment adjustments when appropriate
  • Referrals and care coordination when needed
  • Compliance with Kentucky professional and licensing standards

Requirements

  • Active Kentucky LCSW license
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
