Naylor Landscape Management is a family first organization and known for its reliable and excellent customer service, happy team members, employee development and community service. We are currently looking for multiple Landscape Foreman.

The Landscape Foreman will work closely with landscape team members, Landscape Construction Manager, Field Supervisor and customers. So, he or she must have ability to lead and work with team members, vendors and clients in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. 

Daily activities include installation of:

  • Retaining walls
  • Paver walks and patios
  • Outdoor kitchens
  • Water features
  • Planting beds
  • Trees and shrubs
  • Seeded and sodded lawns
  • Other related landscape projects.
  • Holiday Lighting Installation & Takedown
  • Snow Removal
  • Training
  • Leading Crews

Experience:

  • Five years or more of landscape construction experience
  • Working knowledge of horticultural practices
  • Heavy landscape equipment safety, use and care.
  • One year or more of successful landscape foreman experience

Candidate must have a desire to complete projects on time and within budget while meeting Naylor Landscape Management’s quality standards.

Licenses:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Drivers License 
  • Chauffeur’s license,
  • Ability to obtain a CDL Class A license within 60 days of hire

The Landscape Construction Foreman must be an experienced landscaper worker with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Candidate is responsible for overseeing and working with a landscape crew of one to two team members.

Job Type: Full-time Seasonal with opportunity for full time year-round based on
qualifications and job performance.

Pay: We offer an hourly rate of $27 - $35 per hour based on leadership experience. With the opportunity to earn overtime, snow pay, job commissions and profit sharing, there is income potential of over $90,000/year.  SIGN ON BONUS ALSO OFFERED!
