- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
- Experience in sales, project management, or a related field, preferably in landscaping or construction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Achieve:

- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, particularly during peak season (March through October).
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads and achieve a close rate of 30% or higher.
- Ensure that at least 80% of projects are completed within budgeted labor hours.
- Build lasting client relationships

What We Offer:

- A competitive base salary of $60,000, plus a generous commission structure:
- 3% on the first $800,000 in annual sales.
- 3.5% on sales between $800,000 and $1,000,000.

- Company vehicle with fuel provided.
- 4% on sales exceeding $1,000,000.
- An additional 0.5% bonus for sales completed from November to the end of the year.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions will make a direct impact.

- Vacation time negotiable.

If you’re ready to join a team that’s passionate about creating outdoor spaces that inspire and delight, we want to hear from you. Apply today and let’s grow together!
