What you will do in this role
As an Agentic Senior Manager in Customer Technology - Commerce, you will own the architecture, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce implementations, ensuring AI-driven capabilities are production-ready, secure, and tightly integrated with enterprise commerce ecosystems.
Commerce & Platform Leadership
  • Define and lead Agentic Commerce architecture patterns across composable and platform-led commerce implementations
  • Translate AI-driven commerce strategy into executable platform roadmaps aligned to Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, and MACH ecosystems
  • Lead prototype-to-production transformations, embedding agentic workflows into live commerce environments

Architecture & Engineering
  • Architect modular, reusable agent frameworks integrated with commerce engines, APIs, and backend services
  • Establish enterprise-grade standards for scalability, security, observability, and reliability of agentic systems
  • Drive build vs. buy decisions across LLM platforms, orchestration frameworks, vector stores, and AI infrastructure

Delivery & Execution
  • Lead large, distributed engineering and delivery teams across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps
  • Oversee CI/CD, cloud-native deployments, and Kubernetes-based scaling on Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Ensure seamless integration with CRM, CDP, payments, order management, pricing, and fulfillment systems

Governance, Risk & Value Realization
  • Embed policy-driven architecture including governance, compliance, auditability, and explainability
  • Define technical and business KPIs to measure agent performance, conversion uplift, operational efficiency, and ROI
  • Establish human-in-the-loop and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve agent effectiveness

Market & Practice Growth
  • Create industry-specific POVs, demos, and proposal assets for Agentic Commerce implementations
  • Sponsor internal accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable components
  • Engage C-suite and senior client stakeholders, translating complex architectures into business outcomes

  • Travel: As required for client support up to 50%
  • Location: Primary residency within 90 minutes of an approved Accenture office

Who we are looking for
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms with proven leadership at the Senior Manager level across complex, multi-region programs. Experience should include:
    • Core Expertise
      • Deep experience implementing enterprise commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or composable/MACH stacks)
      • Strong hands-on leadership in agentic AI architectures embedded into production systems
      • Expertise in API-led, microservices-based architectures supporting distributed commerce systems
      • Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and contextual memory into enterprise platforms
      • Experience with designing of a semantic layer and knowledge graph
      • Experience with prompt engineering
    • Engineering & Delivery
      • Proven success leading prototype-to-production programs with CI/CD, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps
      • Experience defining enterprise governance frameworks for AI-driven systems
      • Strong understanding of observability, performance benchmarking, and AI evaluation frameworks
    • Leadership & Communication
      • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams
      • Strong executive communication skills-able to present architecture and delivery plans to senior stakeholders
      • Track record of shaping practice capabilities, reusable assets, and market differentiation
