Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility is designed with the patient in mind, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere conducive to recovery. The schedule typically runs Monday to Friday, with hours from either 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Implement treatment modalities that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education on functional movements.
  • Guide patients through both active and passive exercises, aiming to rebuild strength, improve balance, and enhance overall mobility.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care for each patient.
  • Provide educational resources to patients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge to manage their recovery effectively.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with outpatient orthopedic patients, ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to management of chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will encompass devising rehabilitation strategies that optimize their functional capabilities and foster independence in daily activities. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • An active state physical therapy license, with a solid understanding of Florida's practice regulations.
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a focus on orthopedic cases.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and familiarity with rehabilitation techniques specific to orthopedic care.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
