Job Description:

  • Responsible for performing the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Familiar with stockroom practices (product put away, kitting, cycle counting).

Essential Functions:

  • Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
  • Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Experience working on a shipping & receiving dock or production stockroom environment.
  • Ability to obtain secret clearance.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Familiar with MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy.
  • Experience with MRP and Agile/PDM software tools.
  • Knowledge of safe material handling practices and ability to maintain compliance with L3Harris specific Environment Health and Safety policy/procedure regarding material handling.
  • HazMat certification a plus.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $36,920 - $67,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
