We're seeking a reliable Inventory Coordinator to help maintain accuracy, flow, and accountability across our inventory operations.

Position Overview:
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating stock movement between warehouse zones, and ensuring real-time data integrity in our Inventory management and WMS systems. This role serves as supporting link between several departments to prevent errors, eliminate inefficiencies, and maintain an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Update and maintain inventory records across Inventory management and WMS systems.
  • Manage warehouse space utilization, labeling, and bin mapping.
  • Coordinate inter-zone and inter-location transfers, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports with actionable insights.
  • Partner with management to correct and prevent recurring issues.
  • Support audits and assist management with continuous improvement initiatives.

 Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control.
  • Strong command of Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with WMS and inventory management systems (Pick Ticket/Order Lifecycle experience a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving ability.
  • Clear communicator with a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
